You will complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form using your 2015 tax return and W-2’s and/or 2015 untaxed income (unemployment, child support, etc.). Complete the FAFSA form online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov or visit the Financial Aid Office to pick up a 2016-2017 FASFA worksheet.
