Student Affairs 08/23/19

Next Enrollment Period – By popular demand of prospective students, and to best prepare the future workforce of our region, Lake Technical College is continuing to enroll for the fall term!  We have start dates on September 9th and October 10th for many programs.

Also, each month we have “Program Information Sessions” available for prospective students who want to learn more about a program. They can meet the instructor, chat with current students, and explore the program areas so they can make the best decision about their future career.

Career Dual Enrollment (CDE) Lunch – On August 27, all CDE students are invited to a special luncheon just for them. The time is 12-1 pm.

The first Student Ambassador meeting will be held on August 28 at 2:45 pm in the Board Room.

“Pink Out” Shirts go on sale Thursday, September 5 in preparation for Breast Cancer Awareness Day in October.

College Central Online Job Board
We are excited to roll out our new online job board – College Central. It is a tool for students to be able to search for jobs, build online resumes and career portfolios, and read hundreds of career related articles. In addition, employers will post their jobs on this site so our students can have complete access to them.  Check it out at www.collegecentral.com/laketechopens in a new window
