  • Sonya Rosenglick and Samantha Hayes attended the Kickoff for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Strategic Leadership program (formerly known as Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management) at Lake-Sumter State College.   

 

  • A group of people from Groveland Works, an organization that support robust economic development, rewarding jobs, and a greater quality of life for its residents, had lunch and toured Lake Tech to discuss partnerships and training opportunities.

  • Art Seidner and Pam Netherton attended the Lake Business Leaders luncheon in December to accept a generous contribution to the Lake Tech GED Scholarship fund.

  • The iBuild Invitational will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2020.  Students from the Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology program competed and won last year and will hopefully participate again this year. Welding is being added to the skills competition, so hopefully some Welding Technology students will participate.
