In order to receive disability accommodations, students must self-disclose the disability to the Interim 504 Coordinator, Ms. Kim Knox, extension 1828, and provide documentation that clearly shows evidence of a disability. The 504 Coordinator will schedule a meeting with the student and instructor to discuss the documented disability and applicable accommodations.
