Application Technician Wanted

Job Summary: Use your automotive and mechanical aptitude to launch a new and exciting career with a growing company!

Using a variety of techniques and equipment the Application Technician applies protective sealing products to multiple surfaces of a Recreational Vehicle.  The products are applied, on, under and inside of the vehicle.

Successful Candidates will be able to:

  • Skillfully apply appropriate company products to recreational vehicles using equipment provided
  • Operate air compressor, buffer, gravity feed sprayer, undercoat gun, and smaller hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and service oriented attitude, representing the Company professionally to customers, dealers, and vendors at all times
  • Set up a safe work station at the dealership
  • Complete work orders manually, print work orders from a computer or smart phone, update an individual service page via explorer or smart phone
  • Maintain company equipment, keeping it in good working order
  • Ensure that adequate supplies of product and materials are available in the company van, replenishing as needed
  • Notify the head office of inventory used
  • Ensure that the company van remains in a clean and mechanically sound condition
  • Provide vehicle maintenance reports and receipts to the company regularly
  • Clean up thoroughly and stow equipment properly
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Must have automotive knowledge, detailing would be ideal! Must be hands on with computer skills.

Other Requirements: Must have valid FL Driver’s License

Training: New Application Technicians will be trained via web based video, manuals, and hands-on training. Travel with an experienced Technician to learn processes on-the-job.

Compensation: Base Salary of $30,000/yr., Company van

Bonus Target: Successful Technicians can earn over $10,000/yr.
