ACCOUNTING OPERATIONS

900-hour program for bookkeeping positions includes double-entry accounting principles, methods of recording business transactions, preparation and analysis of various documents and financial statements, payroll records and tax forms, inventory methods, the aging process, depreciation, and the application of the accounting principles to various entities. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/OFFICE SUPERVISION

1050-hour program designed to develop the high-level secretarial and office skills, computer skills, advanced software applications skills, administrative office procedures, and management and leadership skills needed to become an office supervisor/administrative assistant. Students will research job opportunities, develop an employment portfolio, and produce appropriate job-seeking documents.

BUSINESS COMPUTER PROGRAMMING

1200-hour program that offers a broad foundation of knowledge and skills widely used in the fast-paced world of computer programming. The hands-on, individualized program content emphasizes the application of skills and concepts including testing, monitoring, debugging, documenting, and maintaining computer programs. Students will learn software project management, established computer programming languages such as C++ and Java, and how to develop and enhance existing programs.
